ThimblePads For the thimble impaired!I love these things. Theyre little circles of leather with really good adhesive that sticks to your finger instead of a thimble. They are so comfortable you forget youre wearing one. It naturally helps grip the needle when youre hand quilting. My stitches all of a sudden got smaller, faster, and more even. You can re-use these things, just stick them somewhere until the next time you need them. (I stick mine to the top of my quilting thread). |

Under
Thimble The
perfect partner to Thimble Pads. This is a stainless
steel thingee that sticks to the end of the finger that
you stab underneath when you're hand quilting. It comes
with adhesive pads that you can replace when they quit
sticking ... I've quilted about half of a 52" square
on the same pad. It comes with 8 adhesive pads and when
you run out of these you can buy just the pads.#NUT $6 Cdn. #NUT refill - $2.50 Cdn |

Or get both with a handy little carrying case. #NUT-set -
$16.00 Cdn.

| The Thumble This is a strong polyethylene protector for your thumb with a special dimple to allow you to push the needle without perforating your thumb

| Aunt Becky's Finger Protector ![]() |
People asked for it - I
got it... it's supposed to make hand quilting faster and
easier. I can see where it would - but it takes more
practice than I've been able to put in.... Its a piece of
stainless steel that you use with your underneath finger(s) to protect them and to actually push/guide the needle back up..... #NABFP - $5.50 cdn. |
Quilter's Leather Thimble I'm always on the look out for stuff to keep
my fingers from hurting - so I can quilt longer of
course. This one can go on whichever finger or thumb you
need it on.... It has elastic to keep it there and vents
to keep your finger from melting...
